We will honor the nine people killed by ICE so far this year, as well as all other victims and those impacted by ICE and CBPโs unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse.
We are calling on Mike Lawler to take immediate action: Abolish ICE, impeach Kristi Noem, demand the firing of Stephen Miller, and insist on accountability.
All are welcome at the vigil; you do not need to be attending the town hall to participate. We invite the community to stand with us in remembrance and a shared commitment to justice.

Empire State Voices will be launching their first ad of 2026 in February and are planning to launch with a rally at the Four Corners** on Monday February 2nd at 1PM.
We ask all to come out and support as we start holding Lawler accountable to a district wide audience.

The bill sets clear limits on county cooperation with ICE by requiring judicial warrants for civil immigration enforcement, while explicitly preserving cooperation for criminal investigations. It strengthens public safety and protects immigrant families through trust and due process. This legislation is modeled on a successful law that Westchester County has had in place for eight years.

Mike Lawler, Bill Weber, and the Rockland County Republican machine are rallying their supporters to block the bill. They are using fear-mongering and "sanctuary" rhetoric for political gain. We cannot let them spread misinformation at the expense of our friends, neighbors, family, and safety. We need a massive turnout to stand for truth over political spin.

๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฑ๐๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐: By requiring a judicial warrant signed by a judge for ICE holds, it upholds the legal standards we all rely on.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐: Victims and witnesses can report crimes and cooperate with police without fear of being torn from their families.

โ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐: It only applies to civil immigration matters and contains clear carve-outs for criminal activity and public safety threats.
โ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป:They claim it "endangers the public" by stopping police from doing their jobs.
โ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐: It actually increases safety by ensuring immigrant communities feel safe cooperating with local police to get actual criminals off the streets.
